However, because the color you see is dependent on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the color you see will be accurate. Pricing
We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information. If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it, and in our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order placed for that item at the incorrect price. All prices listed on this site are in U.S. dollars.

Item Availability
Pure Passion jewelry is custom made for you. Production begins only after the order has been confirmed. Please allow 3-5 weeks for production and delivery. Your item will be shipped once your item is ready, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will be notified of the status of your item by e-mail. Furthermore, we will deliver your jewelry via courier. We will inform you of the tracking number that is supplied by the courier. This will allow you to track your order as well.
Estimated Delivery Day
Please leave approximately 4 days for international courier.
Your signature is required upon delivery of any package valued at $100 or more for your protection. The courier will attempt to deliver the package for 3 business days in a row before returning the package.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Returns & Exchanges
Pure Passion jewelry custom makes your selected piece. We are dedicated to dazzling you with your jewelry and our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the date your order was shipped to you from our office in Sri Lanka. You will receive a 50% refund of the purchase price of jewelry, excluding the shipping, handling, or other additional charges. Exchanges must be made within 90 days.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept cash on delivery terms. We recommend that you use a secure courier company for your returns. Please send the package to the address mentioned on the packing slip.
Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to us.
You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Refunds will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
We do not accept any returns under any circumstances unless it is in the original jewelry box/packaging
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
2Checkout.com our authorized reseller will send you an email to confirm your order. You can cancel your order then. If not, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order is not cancelled at that point then we will begin production on your order. No refunds or exchanges are possible from this point on.
If you wish to change your order, please cancel your first order (as mentioned above), and then place your new order.
E-mails About Your Order
You will receive emails regarding your order to keep you informed of its progress. Please add sales@purepassionjewelry.com to your contact list to ensure receipt of all order status emails.

Order Confirmation. This email confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number. Keep this email for your records.
You Have Cancelled Your Order. This email confirms that your order has been cancelled at your request. Keep this email for your records.
Shipment Confirmation. This email confirms that your order or part of your order has been shipped. You may receive multiple emails depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped separately. The shipment date of your order depends on the production time of each piece.
